Step 1

Number Selection

Step 1 out of 4

Select at least 5 numbers (1 to 35). Alternatively, the “Quick Pick” option automatically chooses random numbers for you.

Note:

With EXTRA 5 systems, you can select more than 5 numbers and create your slip.

Step 2

Multiplier Selection

Step 2 out of 4

Select the amount of money you want to play in each draw. Multiple selections work cumulatively (e.g. if you want to play 4€, mark 3 and 5). If you do not fill in a multiplier, your slip participates with the minimum column value (0,50€).

Note:

With the “VOID” option, an area that is accidentally marked can be deselected without invalidating the whole slip.

Step 3

Participation in consecutive / future draws

Step 3 out of 4

Fill in the number of consecutive (1 to 400) or future draws (1 to 201) you want to participate in. Multiple selections work cumulatively (e.g. for 30 consecutive draws you mark 10 & 20). If you do not fill in an option, your slip participates in the next draw only.

Slip submission & entry ticket

Step 4 out of 4

Submit your slip to an OPAP store employee, receive your entry ticket and confirm that your selections are correct.

Game Οbjective

EXTRA 5 is a modern game of chance and its objective is to predict 5 out of 35 numbers correctly.

Who Wins

There are 3 categories. Every winning ticket is allocated to one prize category according to the numbers matched:

1st category: Tickets matching all 5 numbers drawn wins 50.000€, with a returns coefficient of 100.000*

2nd category: Tickets matching 4 out of the 5 numbers wins 125€, with a returns coefficient of 250

3rd category: Tickets matching 3 out of the 5 numbers wins 5€, with a returns coefficient of 10

* The maximum amount distributed as winnings in the 1st category, in each draw, is 500.000€. If there are more than 10 successful entries in one single draw, the total amount of 500.000€ is divided equally among winning tickets and distributed accordingly.

End of participation

Slip submission ends 30 seconds before each draw. The starting time for participation in next draws or draws is on the hour.

Draws

There are 2 electronic EXTRA 5 draws twice a day (15:00 & 19:00). An electronic random number generator, certified by institutions in Greece and abroad, generates the 5 lucky numbers.
